Here is a list of some fetishes that will or will not be in the game. This list may not be all encompassing but addresses most of the fetishes I've been asked about being included in the game:

The game will NOT feature any content related to bodily waste/blood/gore. This isn't torture porn so no glorifying or fetishization of giving or receiving pain/bodily harm (the closest we will get to anything of the sort is light spanking). Lactation is already in the game and will be expanded upon, but mostly only through Melanie. Pregnancy will be included for all female characters at the end (no birthing). Exhibitionism and Voyeurism is already in the game in small amounts. Light bondage also in the game (Isabella intro scene), but won't go much further than that. Light hearted pet play might be in the game as a form of light male-dom humiliation. Rape/non-con will again be very light, examples like Laura's (non-con cunnilingus) intro scene or Isabella (non-con handjob on Kretch) intro scene are about as far as this will go. There will be some light coercion and corruption (sexualization, not blackmail induced non-con). Kretch is the only male character you will see engaging sexually. There will be no distinctly furry characters and races will likely only include: human, elf, angel and of course, goblin.
