DEC-21 is a visual novel/quest hard mixed from engaging detective mystery, spectacle drama and tiny bit of relevant humor grounded in science fiction reality.
SpoilerDEC-21 is game centered around replayability. Your actions will play a big role in occurring events. No reality shattering over preferring Pepsi to Coca-Cola, but also no "red-green-blue endings" and "Mr.Character will remember it" either. Just your actions leading to their consequences, Fallout-the-good-ones style.
